The most recent projects at Alvechurch Fisheries, Riverton Lakes & Angling Centre and Lemington Lakes
ALVECHURCH FISHERIES
Close to the motorway links of the M42, M5, M40 and M6 Alvechurch Fisheries is a four lake project developed since May 2012 by AJ Coldicott Limited. A red marl mudstone clay site, covering 60 acres, work also included car parks, bridges and general landscaping. A further three lakes are planned for 2014 and beyond.
RIVERTON LAKES & ANGLING CENTRE
AJ Coldicott Limited started work on the blue clay site at Riverton Lakes near Barnstaple in Devon in 2006. The four lake site covers 20 acres, with an extension to Fir Tree Lake planned for summer 2014. The site has extensive roads and pathways making access to all of the lakes very easy. A favourite with anglers and holidaymakers alike Riverton is a great example of work carried out by us.
LEMINGTON LAKES
AJ Coldicott Limited have worked on the development of Lemington Lakes since 2006. A vast 60 acre site with five lakes and three stock ponds the project also includes ten hard standing caravan sites, car parks and walkways. Situated in the heart of the Cotswolds near Moreton-In-Marsh it is a superb facility for anglers and relaxing in a tranquil setting.
